New Build Full Service Design
Full-Service design is exactly that... full complete start to finish design for your new home or large remodel.
We start with your floor plan and work closely with your architect or draftsman to make sure your plan is perfect before we even start.
From there we design your interior and exterior spaces, choosing each selection to create a cohesive timeless design you'll love for a lifetime. You will receive a design board and 2D drawings of each space. Of course you will approve all selections before we move forward. We want you to love everything!
I believe these projects go much more smoothly if everyone involved works as a team. I give you, as well as your builder a design binder with all of the designs and spec information so that everyone has updated info and is on the same page. I then meet with you as well as your builder onsite as much is needed to ensure the design is being carried out and help with problem-solving along the way.
This is a concept to turn key service. We make the process run smoothly and dare I say even make it enjoyable!! Your job is to sit back and enjoy seeing your home coming to life.
This service starts at $4 per square foot.
design Consultation
Our design consultations offer our clients the chance to meet with a member of our team and ask all your questions, about any project, no matter the stage.
We can come to you, to meet in your home and see the space in person, or, if you’re not local, we can meet via Zoom, which actually works pretty well!
You’ll receive an hour of our undivided time and attention (or longer, if you’d like it!) to address any and all design concerns in your home. Book early! Our calendar fills up quickly.
This service is $150 per hour.
Virtual Design Service
Virtual Design is perfect for anyone with a do-it-yourself attitude or working within a budget.
You choose the room or rooms you would like for us to design and we provide you with a digital design board, shopping list with links to all the products and room layout. We do provide one round of revisions, to make sure that you love everything about your new design.
The process takes 3-4 weeks. Everything is done via email. Pricing is per room. Once the design is finished we hand everything over and it’s up to you to implement the design.
