When you book a full-service design at Liz Powell Design, we start from the ground up. Literally. We'll get your floor plan and work closely with an architect or draftsman while we design every inch of your house to your exact specifications. We get to know you and your family's needs closely so there is no wasted space in your home. You deserve to live in a home that works for what you need!
Once your floor plan is set and approved, we'll design each area of your home! We create a cohesive, timeless design that you'll love for a lifetime. You will receive a design board and 2D drawings of each space. We want you to love your home so you will always approve each selection before a design is implemented.
I believe large projects such as a new build or large-scale renovation work best when everybody is on the same page and works as a team. I provide you and your builder with design binders; these binders hold all of the designs and spec information. This way everybody involved in the project has up-to-date information every day and is never confused about where we're at in the project.
I will meet with you and your builder on-site as much as needed to ensure the designs we agree on are being carried out. On-site meetings always help with problem-solving and prevent any large issues from needing to be addressed further down the line.
Our Full-Service Design is a turn-key service. We have perfected the process to be as smooth and enjoyable, as possible. Your job is to sit back and watch your dream home come to life.
