new build full-service design
Full-Service design is exactly that...a complete, start-to-finish design for your new home or large-scale remodel. We start with your floor plan and work closely with your architect or draftsman to make sure your plan is perfect before we even break ground!
From there we’ll work with you to design your interior and exterior spaces. We’ll get to know your personal style and guide design decisions that will create a cohesive and timeless home that you’ll love for a lifetime. You’ll always get the final approval before any stage of the design moves forward. Your happiness is our main goal!
I believe projects always go best when every member of the team is well-informed. I keep you and the builder up to date with design binders and spec information. That way we’’re all on the space page through every step of your new build or remodel. I’ll also meet with your builder on site as much as needed to ensure the designs we plan together are brought to life well.
This is a concept to turn key service. We make the process run smoothly and dare I say even make it enjoyable!! Your main job is to sit back and enjoy seeing your home coming to life. How nice!
design consultation
Our design consultations offer our clients the chance to meet with a member of our team and ask any design question you have. No projects is off limits and we’re happy to chat about a project that is just an idea or one that is nearly complete. If you’re local to Cache Valley, we’d love to come see your space in person! If you are out of town or prefer to meet online, we will make that happen. We’ve had many successful design consultations via Zoom.
During the design consultation, you’ll receive an hour (or more, whateer you need!) of our designer’s time to address all of your home design concerns. Be sure to book this service early! Our calendar fills up quickly.
virtual design service
A Liz Powell Virtual Design is perfect for anyone with a do-it-yourself attitude or working within a budget. You choose the room or rooms you would like for us to design and we provide you with a digital design board! The board includes shopping links to all of our suggested products and a room layout. We work through one round of revisions with you to make sure we understand your style well.
The virtual design process takes 3-4 weeks. Everything is done via email and pricing is done on a per room basis. Once our design is complete and we hand the information over to you, you can implement it whenever works for your schedule or budget!
